We ship your orders using USPS or UPS. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days* of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and be provided with a tracking number via email.
*This does not cover Pre Order Purchases.

Please notify of any issues within 3 days of receipt.
Seller not responsible for incorrect application of sublimation transfers. Please see videos in FB group for application guide.

If damaged due to shipping,  buyer is to provide photo of packaging and product.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once damaged items are returned and received by seller AND only if determined that product was damaged during shipping. NO EXCEPTION.
If no damage- All Sales Final

LOST ORDERS: please file a claim with the carrier used.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.

Please make sure that the shipping address listed on your account is accurate. For security purposes, once an order is placed, we cannot alter it. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders.
